1.5 oz. gin
0.5 oz. elderflower liqueur
1 oz. spiced cranberry
0.5 oz. lemon
Shake and strain in Collins glass.
Top with tonic.
Garnish with frozen cranberries and rosemary.
Spiced cranberry syrup
1 cup cranberry
1 cup sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
2 sprigs rosemary
2 sprigs sage
Pinch of allspice
Cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Let steep for 15 minutes, then strain.
